Pricing
GST is included in all prices.
Prices are subject to alteration without notice and should be checked when ordering.
The right is reserved to alter the specifications and prices quoted, although every effort is made to advise customers of changes.
Guarantee
Products are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee.
This relates to the product being supplied in working order and of merchantable quality but usually excludes any minimum working life after fitting.
Where necessary all return and delivery costs are at the customers expense.
Product guarantees are from date of supply.
Should a product have been misused, a repair attempted or damage that may occur during shipping, the guarantee is null and void.
Returns
Please choose your order carefully as we will not accept returns for refund.
If items are faulty and are covered under guarantee and are not damages that occured during shipping, a returns number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department and must be quoted with a description of the fault when the goods are returned.
Once authorisation has been given for return we must receive the goods within 7 days.
All return, delivery and administration costs are at the customers expense.
Where returns are accepted a minimum 25% restocking charge will apply and freight will not be refunded.
Shortages, returns and non-deliveries must be advised within 7 days in writing.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is received after goods have already been ordered Allied Appliance reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of goods cost.
If items are to be cancelled, a cancellation number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department before any monies can be refunded.
All return, delivery and administration costs are at the customers expense.
Cancellations must be received within 7 days in writing.
Shipping & Backorders
The shipping times quoted are shown to act as a guide only and are calculated in working days.
These are calculated from average delivery times that are normally encountered.
Delays should be expected if products have to be backordered.
We accept no liability for delays in shipping or damage that may occur during shipping.
Should damage occur to your order during shipping you should contact Australia Post.
We do not automatically advise if orders are placed on backorder. If requested we will give advice on the status of an order.
Qualified Personnel
All electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician required by law in your state or territory, check the code of practise and legislation in your state for details on what repairs have to be carried out by qualified personnel.
